You have the right to cancel your order by contacting us in writing to specify what you wish to exchange, amend or cancel from your order. 

If you experience issues with a product please get in touch, in most cases we will be able to offer you a replacement product F.O.C.

We will refund you within 7 days of your notice of order cancellation. 
Items can only be returned if not as sold in the description. 

Damage to exterior packaging is not a reason for returns or refund. 
Disliking the products is not a valid reason for a return or refund, however we consider a full refnd if contacted within 7 days. After 7 days we cannot offer a refund.

Retun postage will be at the customers cost, once the retun item is recieved and insected a full refund will be issued.

Once a product has been used or the seal has broken it is then non-refundable.
