If you experience issues with a product please get in touch, in most cases, we will be able to offer you a replacement product F.O.C

We will refund you within 7 days of your notice of order cancellation.

Items can only be returned if not as sold in the description or the item doesn't meet your requirements

Damage to exterior packaging is not a reason for returns or refunds.

Once a product has been used or the seal has broken it is then non-refundable.

TRAINING HEAD
CARE & MAINTENANCE

• We recommend that you brush the mannequin head prior to use (your doll may loose hair at this point, this is normal) then wash the head prior to styling. 
• Wash the mannequin head gently in a mixture of warm water, pH neutral to slightly alkaline shampoo and conditioner.
• When cleaning, gently work the mixture through the hair, from roots to tips (rubbing or twisting hair may leave hair mat and/or tangled.) Then rinse in lukewarm clean water.
• Gently blot the excess water with a towel. (Never rub!)
• Comb through the hair gently, section-bysection, from the ends working to the roots.
• When using bleach, the hair may discolor or become excessively damaged due to the hair previously being processed.
• Dilute waving lotion slightly more than for use with a human head. Normal mixture may leave hair mat and/or tangled.
• If hair becomes extremely tangled allow hair to dry thoroughly, then comb gently or shampoo and comb it from the ends working to the roots.
• Always keep hair dry thoroughly (an unpleasant smell may result from hair remaining wet for over 8 hours).
• When using electrical appliances avoid temperatures over 150°C without heat protector applied
